Mr. Phillip Lwasa

Phillip Lwasa is a visionary entrepreneur and the founder of LP Consultants Inc., a premier Business Management consultancy firm specializing in Tax advisory services, Cybersecurity Risk Mitigation Strategies, and Emerging Markets Investment. With a diverse background and expertise spanning multiple domains, Phillip is a dynamic leader at the forefront of navigating complex business challenges and driving sustainable growth.

Regulatory Affairs: Phillip is a seasoned professional in Regulatory Affairs, offering invaluable insights and strategic guidance to medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Regulatory Affairs in 2020 from Regis College, Weston, Massachusetts, USA, solidifying his expertise in FDA and European Medical Agency (EMA) regulations and compliance. His experience includes conducting Pre-Market Approval and Post-Market Surveillance for drug and medical device companies in Europe, as well as regulatory compliance audits and site inspections. Notably, Phillip has served as an independent compliance auditor and field researcher for renowned companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Takeda, demonstrating his commitment to ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Information Security and Cybersecurity: In an era marked by escalating cyber threats, Phillip is a trusted expert in Information Security and Cybersecurity, dedicated to safeguarding organizations against malicious cyberattacks. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Makerere University and a Diploma in Computer Networking, Phillip possesses extensive expertise in network security, TCP/IP, Linux administration, and operating systems. His proficiency has been instrumental in resolving diverse internet-related issues, from networking to malware detection and FTP management. Phillip’s notable contributions include his involvement in the 5G technology rollout projects with top companies in the USA, such as Samsung Electronics America, Nokia, and Ericsson, underscoring his ability to navigate cutting-edge technological landscapes and deliver innovative solutions. In 2022, Phillip further honed his expertise by completing the Cybersecurity Risk Mitigation certificate program “Managing Risk in Information Age” from Harvard University.

Renewable Energy and Housing Projects: Phillip’s commitment to sustainable development extends to his extensive experience working on small Renewable energy and Housing projects in Malawi, Uganda, and Zambia. His involvement in these projects underscores his dedication to addressing pressing global challenges while fostering economic growth and social well-being in underserved communities. Notably, Phillip has collaborated closely with key stakeholders and decision-makers, leveraging his expertise in contract negotiations and deal-making to drive successful outcomes and maximize the impact of these initiatives.

Patrick Wayne

Chief Technology Officer

Patrick Wayne received his Masters in Computer Application from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Canada and since then has worked for countess technology-based companies. While employed by Front Systems AS he grew them from a small startup into a company that now generates over $5 million in annual revenue. While under the employment of the Norwegian government, he did cybersecurity work for the elite Norwegian National Criminal Investigation Service (Kripos) where he gained experience identifying cybersecurity threats while aiding law enforcement. With over a decade of experience in the field he is a valued member of the LP Consultants team. 

Vivek Dabreo

Chief Product Development Officer

Vivek Dabre received his Masters Degree in Information Technology from Clark University. Before this he worked as a Teaching Assistant at multiple major university, before that, he served as an Operations Manager at Drion Hydroponics, where he designed, developed, and implemented robotic process automation for hydroponics systems. He is a certified Cybersecurity Analyst by IBM. Certified in Business Analytics by the The Wharton School and has training and certification from a dozen other major universities and cyber security institutes.

Martin Omasta

Chief Security Officer 

Martin Omasta is a former officer with the United States Military who worked on the US PATRIOT missile system as a strategic operations planner for International Combined Forces Air Defense Operations. Following his discharge from the military, he operated large facilities and managed collateral loan businesses, recreational fields, and vehicle maintenance operations. Following this, he began working in shipping logistics and delivery for the United States Federal Government. He is also on the board of his counties Community Land Trust.

Mošhe Mukisa

Head of Strategy and Corporate Affairs

Mošhe oversees the strategy, client engagement and corporate communications portfolios. Mošhe believes in the power of strategy to tackle most of the complex socio-political and economically driven challenges that firms, organisations and governments encounter.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Singapore Management University and completed his Postgraduate studies in Law from the University of Stellenbosch. He also holds an MBA (Finance) and Master in International Relations and Policy from the Lauder School of Government, Strategy and Diplomacy. Mošhe has attended and spoken at conferences on matters relating to trade policy, governance, international development etc., and is a contributor and analyst on geo-political affairs of Balkan and the Former Soviet Union states.

Mošhe started his career in banking, and then worked closely with an international organisation to promote trade and foreign direct investment in the Balkans. He also worked in the legal and compliance department of a leading media conglomerate with direct oversight of entities in over 65 jurisdictions. Mošhe sits on the board of a leading bank in Croatia and on the boards of several non-profit organisations. He is fluent in Serbian, Dutch and Croatian.
